These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online boutique operated by You Look Happier ("we", "us", "our") and any purchases made through our website. By accessing or placing an order through our site, you agree to these Terms.

Transparency

  • MSRP Estimates - We will provide an estimated MSRP for each box. To calculate this value, we use the MSRP provided by the suppliers we purchase from. 
  • Fraud - We carefully document every step of our scooping process. If an order is disputed, we provide whatever is needed to protect our small business.
  • Shipping Issues - Once your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our possession, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, deliveries to the wrong address, or damage in transit.

Intellectual Property

  • Restrictions — You may view, download, and print materials from the site for your personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit our designs or other copyrighted material without our prior written permission.
  • Reporting infringement — If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact us with a detailed description so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
