Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase; we strive to ship sooner whenever possible. Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Where we ship from and carriers

All orders are shipped from Tennessee using Fed Ex or USPS.

Tracking and notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Liability and transit time

You Look Happier is not responsible for packages after they have been handed to the carrier. Transit times and delivery windows are determined by the carrier; we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Rates and international orders

Flat rate shipping: $12.99 for all domestic U.S. orders.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
