You Look Happier Shop sells hand-packed mystery boxes. By their nature, the contents are a surprise: you do not choose what's inside, and specific items are not guaranteed. Photos, videos, and examples shown on our website, TikTok, or other channels are illustrative only — they show the kinds of items that may appear and do not represent the exact contents of any individual box.

Not a sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance

When you buy a box, you are purchasing a product for a set price — you are not entering a contest, sweepstakes, raffle, or game of chance, and no “winning,” “prize,” or wager is involved. Every customer receives a box of goods for their purchase.

Value estimates

Any stated value (for example, “$100+ in goodies”) is an estimated retail value (MSRP) based on figures provided by our suppliers. It is an estimate for reference only and is not a guarantee of resale value, appraisal, or the price you could obtain for any item.

Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who authorized the payment method. The Cheeky Box is strictly 18+ and contains adult humor and novelty items not suitable for minors. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

All sales final

Because each box is a surprise, all sales are final — no returns, exchanges, store credit, or content requests. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping & carrier liability

Every box is photographed and securely packaged before it leaves us. Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for carrier delays, or lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Boxes may contain products made by third-party brands. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
