Returns and refunds

• All sales are final.

  Because every You Look Happier box is a surprise, we don't offer returns, exchanges, or store credit — you won't know exactly what's inside until it arrives, and that's the whole fun. Please order with that in mind. 

  Orders can't be changed or cancelled once checkout is complete.

  Photos and videos on our site and social media are examples of the kinds of items that may appear — they do not represent the exact contents of any individual box, and specific items are not guaranteed.

 

• Shipping & damage: Every box is photographed and securely packaged before it leaves us, so we have a record it left in perfect condition. Once it's handed to the carrier — we can't be held responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delays in transit. If your package arrives damaged, email youlookhappierdesigns@gmail.com with photos and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
